Registration opens on MAY, 14th 2022

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

In order to use this website functionalities, you must first SIGN UP for an account in SciencesConf. If you already have an account from other conferences in this system, you just need to log in.  To do this, look for the LOG IN button at the top of the page, right below the banner.

 Registration payment can be made through PayPal or Bank Transfer. In the latter case, you must remember that the amount of the Transfer Fee must be added to the value of the registration.

Once the registration payment has been made, you must complete the Registration Form and send the receipt payment to the email: itmnr-9@sciencesconf.org.

 Participants who register at the category 2 are asked to submit relevant proof of their student status.

Students are considered graduate or PhD students under the age of 35 (including those who turn(ed) 35 during the year 2022). Proof of status, including the supervisor’s contact, university document proving the student status, and the passport/ID should be uploaded in a single pdf file during the registration process.

 

What is included in the Registration fee?

Category 1: Normal registration

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Access to commercial exhibition
  • Access to poster exhibition
  • Coffee breaks
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Gala dinner
  • Visit to the RA-10 reactor site
  • Full conference material including name badge, merchandising and final programme

Category 2: Student

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Access to commercial exhibition
  • Access to poster exhibition
  • Coffee and lunch breaks
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Visit to the RA-10 reactor site
  • Full conference material including name badge, merchandising and final programme 

Category 3: Accompanying Person 

  • Access to conference venue
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Gala dinner

 

Cancellation/Name Change

Refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 8 August 2022 to the Administrative Secretariat. After this date no refund will be possible. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time. For any change of names, a fee of 30U$ will be charged.
